The pogacha is one of the most beloved Bulgarian customs – the holiday that is held around the 40th day after the birth of a baby. Then, relatives and friends gather to wish health, happiness and well-being to the new member of the family. This is the first big event at home, filled with emotions and traditions that deserve to be preserved through professional pogacha photography.
Usually, the pogacha comes immediately after the joy of being discharged from the maternity hospital and is a harbinger of the next important holiday – the baptism. All these events are a natural continuation of the family journey that began with the wedding – the moment when the new family is created.
